VVPL executed a complete turnkey dairy processing plant for Bastar Dairy Farm Private Limited with a processing capacity of 60 KLPD. The facility was engineered to support efficient milk processing and production of multiple value-added dairy products while maintaining hygienic processing standards and operational reliability.

The Challenge

Milk procurement was entirely tanker-based, making a conventional reception layout inefficient.
The plant had to deliver nine products from a compact 60 KLPD footprint.
Operations needed to remain reliable in a remote project location.

The plant was customized around tanker-based milk procurement and configured without a conventional Raw Milk Reception & Distribution (RMRD) section — illustrating VVPL's ability to tailor layouts to a customer's operating model.
