VVPL delivered a complete turnkey dairy processing plant for Akshayakalpa Farms and Foods Pvt. Ltd. The facility was designed with a processing capacity of 250,000 litres per day to support efficient, hygienic and large-scale dairy operations while enabling production of a broad range of value-added dairy products.
The Challenge
- A single accountable partner was needed to engineer, manufacture and commission an integrated 250 KLPD facility.
- The plant had to support a diversified product portfolio — from pouch milk through cheese and ghee — without compromising hygiene standards.
- Layouts had to be engineered for reliable commercial output from day one, with headroom for future expansion.
