Founder, Chairman & Managing Director

A visionary industrialist and strategic business leader, Kalpit Wakchaure brings over six years of multi-sector experience spanning industrial sales, financial structuring, capital deployment and large-scale operational management. As Founder and Managing Director, he steers the group's holding company across infrastructure, real estate, engineering consulting, food processing, import-export, textiles and information technology services — building a diversified portfolio anchored in disciplined governance, long-term partnerships and measurable execution outcomes.

Ravina Kalpit Wakchaure

Co-Founder & Joint Managing Director

An accomplished operations and agri-business executive, Ravina Wakchaure leads the group's food, dairy and trade verticals with a sharp focus on supply-chain integrity, quality systems and people leadership. As Founder of Virajshree Dairy & Agro Farms, she oversees a 50+ member organisation and serves on the board of six group entities across agriculture, holding, infrastructure and technology — driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance and sustainable scale across every business line under her stewardship.

Manish Madhukar Mahajan

Technical Director

A veteran technocrat and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of engineering leadership in the dairy and food-processing industry, Manish Mahajan is the technical force behind the group's turnkey project delivery. He pioneered the All-in-One Primary Milk Processing Unit and has architected end-to-end plant design, fabrication and commissioning for clients across India and abroad. His established procurement and technology partnerships across the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Australia bring world-class engineering standards and certified equipment sourcing to every project.
