Client needed access to tier-1 Chinese and German automation OEMs with consolidated trade finance, single-window logistics and on-site commissioning support in North Africa.
Our Solution
Negotiated direct OEM contracts, structured LC-backed trade finance, consolidated 38 containers via Jebel Ali and led 11 weeks of on-site commissioning and operator training.
Outcome
Line achieved nameplate throughput in 6 weeks. OEE stabilized at 87% within the first quarter of operation — among the highest benchmarks in the region.
