The Challenge
Line had to retrofit into an existing brownfield site with a 9-day shutdown window. Multi-OEM integration with legacy SCADA was a critical risk.
Our Solution
Pre-fabricated skid approach, off-site staging in Jebel Ali, integration testing before shipment and a phased changeover with redundancy.
Outcome
